We offer a 6 month warranty on pre-owned holiday homes. New holiday homes come with a manufacturer warranty.
Additional Running Costs
Annual Site Fees: Range from £5,202 to £7,872. Site fees vary by park and pitch location & are subject to availability & suitability for your chosen holiday home.
Local Authority Rates & Water: Contribution to local authority rates and water services £516, based on 2019 costs.
Gas & Electric (inc. VAT): Electric is typically charged at £145 per year (based on 2018 average) but will vary depending on usage. Gas is charged per bottle, with 19kg bottles at £37 and 47kg bottles at £69 including VAT (+ £2 delivery charge).
Your holiday home will need to be insured with a new for old policy. We can provide you with a list of insurance companies or you may source your own.
We offer a drain-down service to protect against frozen pipes in the closed 2-month winter period which is currently charged at £92.50p.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, bankers draft, credit or debit card.
Third Party Finance
Can be obtained through various credit sources.
Many Holiday Home buyers take advantage of our excellent credit facility and arrange a bespoke package based on their purchase.
A minimum deposit is required, these start from 10% depending on the value of the holiday home, a package is then chosen to meet your lending requirements. All finance packages can be processed on our parks.
